The Salvador mincer plates, made from durable stainless steel in Italy, are designed to fit most No.12 meat mincers. Measuring approximately 70mm in diameter from one edge to the other, these plates feature a notched cutout on the outer edge.These mincer plates are single-sided and should be used with the hub facing away from the meat grinder. They can be reground several times to renew the mincing surface and extend their lifespan.
