These are from Fischer Bargoin, a French company originally selling knives and sharpeners for meat, and then expanding to knives and decorations for markets, butchers, cake shops and more. 

Their knife sharpeners are efficient, of good quality and easy to use. The company itself has successfully obtained the certification of its quality management system for the design, manufacture and marketing of knives and sharpeners, complying with legal and regulatory requirements, with a strong customer focus.

Fischer Bargoin Red Steel Polish knife sharpener

This item has a double handle, and comes complete with a base. It is extremely easy to use, with exceptional hardness of 70 HRC - it will sharpen all knives! It has a constant angle of 30 degrees, ideal for sharpening, as well as four stainless steel rods for better resistance to corrosion.

Fischer Bargoin Red Steel II knife sharpener (without base) 

Similarly, this knife sharpener is easy to use, with 70HRC to effectively sharpen all knives. IT has four stainless steel rods for better resistance to corrosion but comes without the base. 

The video above also shows how this sharpener is used. This was originally £42 but has been reduced to £36!
