    Warranty Information

    The STAHLNETZ gloves reach the point of sale in perfect condition. In the case of legitimate claims, we are obliged only to replace or repair the glove. All STAHLNETZ gloves are equipped with a steel label showing the serial number which enables a complete trace back to the raw materials used in production. This label is part of the guarantee and must not be removed. We guarantee the welding points in the chain mail for two years. Any holes in the chain mail which have not been caused by external agents will be repaired free of charge. Schlachthausfreund GmbH reserves the right to judge if a claim is justified or not. The STAHLNETZ gloves may only be worn and used if in perfect condition. The purchasers/wearers bear sole responsibility for the appropriate and correct care/use of the gloves. The manufacturer/retailer does not bear any other responsibility beyond than that described above.
