Product Description
The Medoc TM32/S meat mincer is a floor standing 32 sized meat mincing machine constructed in high quality stainless steel, the large feedpan is also stainless steel with rounded corners to ensure optimum sanitation.
The mincer has a powerful 3HP main drive motor with a crown drive transmission and comes as standard with a plunger and a 4.5cm plate with a four bladed knife. This machine ring, worm and mincing head are easily detachable and allows for easy and efficient cleaning. The Tm32/S has a large feedpan and a wide throat to promote mincing of thicker cuts of meat and has a a throughput of 750kg/h.
