FC-12 Hydraulic Sausage Filler from Mainca
We stock Mainca sausage fillers with uniquely engineered hydraulic circuitry, optimised to give maximum pressure without the need to employ large HP motors, thus greatly reducing energy use but still achieving the power required to fill rusk based sausages.
The FC-12 is a strong and reliable heavy duty sausage filler, available as a single or three phase model.
Motors:
FC12R: Three phase of 0.75 HP / 0.55 kW (230-400V 50Hz / 220V 60Hz)
FC12A: Single phase of 1.25 HP / 0.92 kW (230V 50Hz / 110-220V 60 Hz)
Capacity of cylinder in litres: 12 l
Capacity of cylinder in Kg: ± 10 Kg.
Dimensions of base: 41 x 47 cm
Construction: Made entirely of stainless steel including cylinder base, except the lid which is in anodised aluminium and the piston in polycarbonate. Lid cylinder can optionally be made of stainless steel
