FLYWHEEL B2, THE FLYWHEEL MEAT SLICER 

Berkel B2, the compact manual flywheel slicer faithful to tradition. 

Despite a 265mm diameter blade, at the top of the category, the brand new Volano B2 has super compact dimensions that facilitate easy positioning. The flywheel protrudes below the working table only about 33mm to allow the opening of the lower drawers.

The well known attention to detail of Berkel products, makes even more difference in the case of the NEW B2 Flywheel slicer. The B2 is graceful and well-proportioned, it keeps the distinctive elegance of the Berkel Volano slicers, providing at the same time the perfect cut that our founder Wilhelmus van Berkel researched for many years.
