The new BMS model 32 meat mincers are manufactured in Italy by Berkel, who have been making and selling meat machinery for over 140 years.
Berkel have a reputation for quality and reliabiltiy and that is why you will find Berkel equipment in most major supermarkets in Britain.
Using AISI 304 stainless steel, this professional mincer has an output of 650Kg per hour, making it perfect for retail shops and catering service, supermarkets, butchers shops and Halal meat shops.
The mincer is very easy to dismantle and clean. The pan lifts off and it has a safety switch so the machine will not work if the pan is not in place. The barrel, worm, ring, knife and plate all come apart to wash in a sink and are also stainless steel.
The Machine comes with one knife and 4.5mm plate.
