A Beelonia Smoker Oven can add a new dimension to your business, enabling you to smoke mass quantities of meat and fish. The wood-heated Beelonia F4 has the capacity to smoke 220-230 fish or 150-160 kilos of meat at one time.
These machines are ideal for smoking bacon, ham, sausage, game, poultry, fish, crabs, eels etc and all types of meat including pork beef and lamb. There is also the option of a cold box for cheese smoking.
Beelonia smokers feature the latest in food smoking technology, and are manufactured from double skin stainless steel with a thick insulation layer.
Beelonia smokers use the double steel panel housing ensure that thoroughly mixed heat and smoke flow onto the food, which guarantees even cooking and smoking.
Standard specification includes: Thermometer, fat collection tray, condensate drip tray for chimney.
